Fighting for a Fall!

Fall is here and we’re trying to live our best lives! Covid is still real but would I be premature in saying that we are finally getting a groove of living safely and within proper constraints? Let me know in the comments! At any rate, I’m pulling out my transitional pieces! Jackets, boots, browns, blacks, plum and berry lips, signature reds, hoodies and all the Fall fashions! Not ready for tights yet where I live but I’m already stocking up while the selections are good.

My family has been to the pumpkin patch already, I’ve decorated my outside door area, ordered my son’s Halloween costume……you guys, I’m determined!!! I’m fighting for a wonderful Fall full of safe fun and it feels good! Planning has been essential! We’ll be doing Halloween at home but I will have some candy on hand, individually wrapped as always and gloves, masks to give any brave families that may stop by. I’m looking for outdoor activities to enjoy the beautiful weather and I think it’s been really good for our family getting out again.

For my weekend fun, I paired this cute shirt dress with my beloved combat boots and a fun hat! Shirt dresses are my mom go to! One piece, minimal ironing and no thought needed. I slip on shoes and I’m ready, free to move around to keep up with my toddler and flirty enough to be cute for the hubby.
