June has been quite a month! Heat, work is picking up….heat…..more outdoor activities and socializing….heat and oh, did I mention the heat! LOL! The temps down South are picking up and my inspiration for fashion has really been in a rut. I have been less slay and more sweet. Simple dress silhouettes for work and shorts for socializing…nothing to write home about.
I can say there is always something to be said about the sophistication of a black/white combo and this polka dot number is playful enough to have me Summer ready. I took these shots downtown at a new “pocket park”. Perfect space for an outdoor lunch with a book or magazine.
With so much going on in the world right now and the implications of what and how they will impact the future, I find so much peace in sitting outside when the temps permit and escaping in some words.
