How many times have you completely let a person, situation, or circumstance dictate how you felt, what you did or wanted to do? How many times were you able to combat that and rise above it to move on with your course of action? I’ve found myself in this predicament more times than I’d like to admit and while I’ve encountered some victories, there have been just as many, if not more losses.
Summer is just not my season. I struggle in the heat and my motivation for makeup and coordinated looks plummets! It’s like how many dresses can I wear……where is the creativity on my part?! I miss my jackets, coats, boots and scarves! SHEESH!! I’ve been counting down the days until cooler temps and buying some of my fav pieces for Fall while prices are low. But there is the matter at hand of content for you guys in the mean time. Therefore, I had to pick up and find some inspo to complete my summer wardrobe and flirty silhouettes that can transition work to night are it! I’ve been working on buying pieces that are cool but will also look great this Fall through layering! I’m all about transitional pieces!
This zebra print brown and dress had me feeling sexy and sophisticated. It was perfect for this downtown backdrop of nature right in the heart of Little Rock. My lady Dior dupe (I am heavily considering buying one because it’s my most used bag) and strappy sandal, cemented my look for a meeting or happy hour. Give me some ideas! Summer is actually my favorite season to dress up because it doesn’t require multiple layers. However with the extreme heat in NYC, I’ve been only wearing dresses because it’s easy, breezy! Love this leopard print dress! So good without having to do a lot m!

Like you Autumn & Winter are my ‘fav fashionable’ seasons.. like forever. This Summer I finally decided to add pastels in my closet.. it was so hard Jessica…I’m such a ‘love black’ person.
Looking at your post… the cool scenery.. makes me want to relocate back to Little Rock!
